We are very excited to be able to welcome promising young pianist Harry Bowden to Keys this evening. Harry will spend some time in the afternoon leading workshops for our advanced academy students alongside Madalina.
Harry Bowden is a 17-year old pianist from Bolton, currently studying at Canon Slade Sixth Form. He began musical studies at 6 years old with the piano and has since attended Junior RNCM. Over recent years, he has had successes on the international competition circuit, including 1st prizes in the 2020 Chopin Festival in Mazovia and 2021 ‘Cittá di Arona’ Competition. This year, he made his concerto debut with Liszt’s Concerto in Eb after winning the JRNCM Concerto Competition, as well as exploring his passion for modern music with a recital at the Manchester C. Bechstein Centre.
