Decoding Music: Rhythm and Beat

When learning a new piece, have you ever come across a section where the rhythm just doesn’t seem to make sense? In this hour-long theory session, we will cover how a secure understanding of pulse and metre, and their different characteristics can solve almost all your rhythmic problems!

These sessions are aimed at adult learners with some experience of playing a musical instrument and would like to develop a deeper understanding of theory to support their playing.
